While facilitating a session on #metaphors, one of the participants drew his metaphor, on the board, in detail. It was a simmering volcano… 🙁
A couple of months later, he was back in the classroom, with another batch, to refresh (we allow #regalcoaches to keep coming back to refresh, re-learn & re-connect). Nothing is a coincidence. We were doing the metaphors, with the new batch. And we asked if he was ok to share his metaphor.
He drew and it was no longer a “simmering” volcano. But a fully erupted one. He was in a peaceful space. We (mentors) were aware.
What is your metaphor?
