Regal Unlimited came to life on 12th December 2012, as a manifestation of our founder Subash CV’s spiritual connection and purpose to inspire self-discovery, growth, and transformation.
It all began with a calling.
Subash’s deep connection with Coaching began early on. During his transformative time at INSEAD, he discovered his purpose in coaching.
What began as a dream on the euphonious date of 12.12.12 has grown into something far beyond, and laid the foundation of a belief: Every individual has boundless potential to exceed.
Regal Unlimited’s journey has been enriched by Subash’s encounters with some wonderful personalities along the way. Brian Tracy, the guru of goal setting and a leading authority on personal and professional success, Dr Marshall Goldsmith, a pioneer in leadership and a renowned executive coach, and Janet M Harvey, a transformational leader in the coaching community and former ICF President, have all contributed to shaping his perspective and deepening the impact of our mission.
This is what we’ve been working towards—a journey that supports and empowers individuals to realise their potential and excel.
Our Journey and Impact So Far
Twelve years of passion, purpose, and perseverance—we couldn’t have asked for anything better. We had humble beginnings, gradually going from the “firsts” to the many “repeats” and “agains”! What started as a single dream has grown into a thriving, purpose-driven global community. Our journey has had its own highs and lows—filled with challenges that have been equally rewarding. Here’s a glimpse into the milestones that defined our story.
Regal Unlimited has grown immensely and has evolved into a leader in Coaching, Coach Training and Corporate Well-Being. Guided by international ICF standards—yet not limited by them—we’ve carved a unique identity focussed on deep transformation at the being level. Through our coaching frameworks like Regal@60 and Leader As Coach we’ve not only been supporting professional well-being, and inspiring leadership transformation globally, but also bridging the gap between purpose and performance.
Recognising the need for sustainability in coaching as a profession, Coaching Unlimited was born—to help coaches embrace the business side of coaching and thrive in today’s competitive landscape.

We are glad to see our community grow with the successful conclusion of two ACC batches, including a special edition in Colombo. Here’s to further enriching our community, empowering coaches, and expanding our reach.
A big shoutout to our Coaching Unlimited Bengaluru edition from November 14-17, which was a resounding success! These four unforgettable days were focussed on growth, where our participants explored chasing mastery in coaching competencies and learnt about the nuances of a thriving Coaching business, guided by the dynamic mentor trio— Subash CV , John Serrao and PK Narayanan. It was a breakthrough for our participants, helping them understand and strengthen the business aspect of their Coaching practice.
