Job Summary:

Regal Unlimited Growth Advisors is looking for a passionate Sales Executive to join our team and help us drive the growth of our organization. In this position, the Sales Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with potential and existing clients to generate future sales.

To be successful in this role, the Sales Executive must possess outstanding customer service skills, be organized, and have a strong understanding of market trends and strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through online research, cold-calling, and other methods
  • Manage and cultivate customer relations to drive sales growth
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals
  • Develop long-term relationships with customers and build a network of potential leads
  • Manage customer inquiries and complaints
  • Identify customer pain points and create solutions to address those
  • Prepare and present reports to management
  • Provide feedback and insights to other departments to improve services

Requirements:

  • 0-3 years of experience in the sales field
  • Extensive knowledge of customer service processes and best practices
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets
  • Ability to develop relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills
