Regal Unlimited’s 12th year anniversary is just around the corner and it feels like the perfect time to reflect on our journey. Back in May, we took the opportunity to review our direction and revisit our vision and mission, reaffirming our commitment to leading and inspiring change. This reflection continues to guide us as we celebrate how far we’ve come and look ahead to the future.

Beneath these words lies something deeper–an invitation for each of us to explore where leadership shows up in our daily lives.

Leadership can seem daunting, but it’s present in many subtle ways around us. It isn’t limited to formal titles or big gestures- it’s present in the decisions we make as parents guiding our children or as children standing up for what’s right, supporting a friend through tough times or making a difference in your community. Supporting a friend through tough times, offering a solution in a meeting, helping a colleague overcome a problem or learning from a failure are all moments where leadership unfolds.

Leadership can’t be instilled overnight. It emerges through the patience we show, the empathy we extend and the wisdom we gain. Small actions and moments, where we choose to step up and embrace responsibility build the leader within us over time. These are the moments that shape us and slowly build the leader within us. After all, being a leader is not about being perfect, but about growth, learning and sometimes, failing.

At Regal Unlimited, we believe leadership potential exists in everyone. Bit by bit, with reflection and intention one can become the leaders they aspire to be. Building A Coaching Mindset

As the need for leadership development becomes more apparent, corporates are increasingly recognising the crucial role of coaching in shaping effective and visionary leaders. Over the past few months, we have partnered with top corporates and leading organisations to advance their leadership development initiatives with our top mentors— Debi Prasad Das, Swaminathan .V, and Subash CV. They have delivered numerous impactful sessions, integrating coaching into leadership development to enhance skills and drive growth with our Building A Coaching Mindset programme.



As we continue our work in leadership development with top corporates, we’re also deeply committed to nurturing the next generation of certified coaches. We had a great time and the privilege of mentoring and uplifting individuals through their journey to become ICF-Credentialed Coaches with the Regal Coach Certification for ICF ACC – Chennai batch. The energy and vibe of the community together was palpable!

Panchakosha Reset in the Himalayas – Chasing Mastery

We collaborated with Sai Giridhar to bring to life a wellness retreat in the serene Himalayas- a first of its kind. An extraordinary summer getaway focussed on holistic wellness with a calm and peaceful setting. The retreat drew from the Panchkoshas lying in Annamaya (physical), Pranamaya (breath), Manomaya (mind), Vignanamaya (intellect) and Anandmaya (bliss) while blending the tranquillity of the Himalayas with practices designed to nurture every aspect of our being.
